3. Personalization and approval

For personalized pieces, we email you to confirm the details before production. Review spelling, text, font, placement, photos and other agreed choices. Production does not begin until all required details are complete and you explicitly approve them by email. Silence is not approval.

Keep the approval email as your record. You must have permission to use the photos and text you submit. Send corrections before approving; requests made after approval are assessed against production progress. Approval delays affect dispatch estimates.

4. Prices and checkout

The currency, charges and available delivery options for your order are shown at checkout before payment. Check these details before completing your purchase.
