Usual production takes 7–10 business days. Fingerprint pieces can take up to 3 weeks.
For personalized pieces, we confirm the personalization with you by email before production. The production estimate begins after we have all required details and your explicit email approval. Approval delays affect dispatch.
Delivery options & charges
Destinations, available delivery services, charges and any available delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Production time is additional to delivery time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
If you need your order by a particular date or would like an expedited service, please contact support@kslmade.com before ordering.
Address changes
Email support@kslmade.com promptly with your order number and the requested address correction. Whether we can make a change depends on dispatch progress. We cannot guarantee rerouting after dispatch.
Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries
Contact support@kslmade.com with your order number and details so we can investigate and agree appropriate next steps. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
