Check the material and care information on your product listing first. Different metals, finishes, stones and photo inserts need different care.

Everyday care

• Put jewellery on after applying cosmetics, perfume and lotion.
• Remove it before swimming, bathing, exercise or cleaning with chemicals.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
• Store pieces separately in a dry place to reduce rubbing and tangling.

Plated pieces and stones

Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds and ultrasonic cleaning unless the product instructions explicitly allow them. A finish can change with wear; gentle handling helps protect its surface.

Lockets and photo keepsakes

Keep photographs and inserts dry. Open and close the locket gently, and avoid forcing the hinge or clasp. Do not immerse a photo locket in water.
