Your personal details make your piece unique. Read the instructions on the product you choose, as options and limits differ between designs.
Names and engraved messages
Enter the exact spelling, punctuation and capitalization you want. Check the character limit before ordering. For several names or charms, keep them in the intended order and check each entry separately.
Handwriting and fingerprints
Use a clear, well-lit image with the detail in focus. Photograph handwriting straight on against a plain background; avoid shadows, glare and heavy filters. For fingerprints, keep the ridges clear. Submit files only through the upload option shown on the product page. If that option is unavailable, contact us before ordering.
Photo lockets
Choose a sharp photograph with the subject away from the edges. A locket opening may require cropping. For a two-photo locket, assign each photograph to its labelled position and check both previews before continuing.
Birthstones and charms
Select each month or stone and review the displayed order. For several names or charms, match every name to the intended charm or position. Available combinations are shown on the product page.
Review before checkout
Check the chosen variant, spelling, stone order, photo positions and uploaded files in your cart. Do not rely on a later correction being possible once production starts. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly with your order number.
